Clear About Where We Are
Our first commercial release will focus on reliable Core Shop Management: prospects, repair orders, scheduling, production, repair plans, and basic parts workflows. Accounting and payroll modules will follow after validation. During beta, test with sample data and tell us where the experience needs work.
Membership & Pricing
A useful core, with room to grow. Planned memberships start at $100 per month, per shop location. Add the tools and user logins your team needs. A $1,000 one-time program fee applies per location.

Good Questions
Collision-shop owners and people who understand the daily work of running a shop. We’re looking for feedback on clarity, usability, and the fit of the workflows. Access is by invitation, and testing should use fictional or sample records.
The web beta runs in a modern browser on Mac or Windows. You can also explore it on a tablet or phone; some detailed workflows are easier on a larger screen. No desktop installer is required.
No. Estimates are authored in your estimating program. BalanceDen’s approach is to review imported estimate information and connect it to prospects, repair orders, and shop-management workflows. Import coverage and accuracy are still being tested; compatibility with every program or file is not guaranteed.
The financial workflows are currently prototypes and draft records. Live accounting posting, payment processing, payroll payouts, and commercial billing are still in development. Use sample data while testing and keep your existing operational systems in place.
No. This site has no checkout. Invited beta access is complimentary. Planned commercial memberships start at $100 per month per shop location, plus a $1,000 one-time program fee per location. The four optional modules total $50 per month; each additional user login is $5 per month. Employee records without a login do not count as paid users. Final terms will be explained before any paid enrollment.
Invited testers can use the Feedback & Concerns area in the application. You can also email BalanceDenSupport@gmail.com. Tell us what you tried, what you expected, and what would improve the workday. Please don’t include passwords, banking information, or customer records.
